Payment must be made in full within 1 week of receiving the invoice and / or confirmation. Failure to make payment will result in the cancellation of your request(s).
Accepted modes of payments:

- Please indicate your name and invoice number.
- Cheque and made payable to: Global Travel Pte Ltd
- You may drop the cheque at UOB and indicate the UOB Account No: 201-320-549-5 and your invoice number on the back of the cheque.
- Please scan and email a copy of the cheque to [email protected] before depositing it in the quick deposit box.

- Subject to 3% financial charge.

Cancellation Charges Per Person
Between 14 to 26 May 2025 | Deposit of flight and accommodation imposed by Airlines & Hotel to PACS |
Between 27 May to 30 June 2025 | 50% of basic Star Club package |
Between 1 to 28 July 2025 | 90% of basic Star Club package |
Less than 21 days from date of departure | 100% of basic Star Club package |
In addition to 100% no-show fee imposed based on the cost of the basic package and all other optional costs (hotel room single supplement, flights’ deviation top-up etc.) confirmed prior to the trip, cancellation charges by airline will also apply. Encashment for the ticket will also not be allowed in no-show circumstances. The ticket will be deemed as utilised.
No refund or reduction of the package fare will be made for unutilised accommodation, meals or any other service included in the convention fare.
Excess baggage charges, meals, beverages, room services, personal incidentals, optional sightseeing and items that are not indicated in the itinerary.
