In August, Munich typically enjoys pleasant summer weather. During the Star Club event from 18 August to 22 August 2025, temperatures are expected to range from 15°C to 25°C (59°F to 77°F). The days are likely to be warm and sunny, with occasional chances of rain. Bring light clothing and a jacket for cooler evenings or unexpected showers.

Yes, you may but all expenses outside of the Star Club 2025 Munich convention dates will be on your own. Your selection in Phase 1 Registration should be the Fly Your Own (FYO) option.
Yes, an Accompanying Person (AP) package is available for purchase during Phase 2 Registration. For more information, please click here.
Non-qualifying One Agency Leaders and Financial Representatives are not eligible to attend as Accompanying Person (AP), except where the One Agency Leaders or Financial Representative is a spouse of the qualifier.
There is no maximum number of Accompanying Person (AP) packages you can purchase.

No. All personal on-site expenses during the trip are fully borne by the individuals.
Before registering for the convention, please obtain a doctor’s official memo that you are fit to travel, and email it to Global Travel ([email protected]), PRU Events Team ([email protected]) and your respective BDM.
All qualifiers are entitled to half twin sharing room accommodation, and you will be allowed to choose your own roommate. If you are travelling solo, you can also opt for Prudential to assign you a roommate.
You are entitled to a Single Supplement room if you are either a:
- Pioneers
- Group Financial Services Director (GFSD)
- Senior Financial Services Director (SFSD)
- Senior Executive Wealth Director (SEWD)*
- LSPA 2024 30th Anniversary Recipient
*SEWD Branch Leaders will not be eligible for the upgrade to Single Room if they did not hold the rank of SFSD or GFSD right before the cross-over to PFA. The Branch Leader will attain this benefit when he/she achieves the Branch Formation Criteria stated in the appointment standards and continues to maintain the rank of SEWD.
Only Group Financial Services Director (GFSD), Senior Financial Services Director (SFSD), Senior Executive Wealth Director (SEWD)*, Master Financial Consultant (MFC), Senior Executive Wealth Manager (SEWM), Pioneers and their spouse qualifiers/APs are invited to DFTS.
*SEWD Branch Leaders will not be eligible for DFTS if they did not hold the rank of SFSD or GFSD right before the cross-over to PFA. The Branch Leader will attain this benefit when he/she achieves the Branch Formation Criteria stated in the appointment standards and continues to maintain the rank of SEWD.

- It is advisable to register with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) system, a voluntary and free service provided to all Singapore Citizens who travel or reside overseas. The e-registration system allows you to record information about your travel itinerary abroad, allowing MFA to contact you in times of crisis to certify your safety, and if need be, assist you should an emergency arises.
- Submission of SG Arrival Card within 3 days prior to date of arrival in Singapore.
Singapore, Malaysia and Taiwan nationalities do not require a visa to Germany.
Passport holders of Cambodia, China, India, Indonesia, Myanmar, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam require to apply for a Schengen visa before travelling to Germany.

We highly recommend you to apply for the visa once you have completed Phrase 2 registration.
A standard travel insurance is provided for the convention period only.
More information of the travel insurance coverage and policy document will be provided in June 2025.
No, you need to purchase your own travel insurance for the entire duration if you are extending your trip.
If you are planning a pre/post trip, ensure that your travel insurance covers the entire duration of your trip. There will be no reimbursement from PACS for the insurance coverage.
Yes, you are allowed to book your own flights if you have selected the Fly Your Own (FYO) option during Phase 1 Registration Exercise. Please note that the reimbursement of S$1,600 (taxable) will only be paid out after the event, provided you attend all Star Club 2025 official activities (applicable to you only) and with proof of your flight e-ticket submitted. Flight upgrades are not applicable to those who have chosen Option 1 (Group Seats). If you have chosen Option 2 (FYO) and purchasing on your own, please contact the airline directly.
You can book your travel arrangement either on your own or with Global Travel if you have chosen Option 2 (FYO) during Phase 1 Registration Exercise.

The mileage accrual is 50% of ticket price on Singapore Airlines flights.

If your arrival or departure flight coincides with Prudential’s group flights on 18 or 22 August, you can register to be on the group coach. Please inform Global Travel ([email protected]) with your flight details.
Otherwise, please make your own arrangements to/from the airport/hotel where the costs will be borne by the individual.
The Official Hotel for Star Club 2025 is The Westin Grand. Please note that room/floor assignments are solely based on room availability and cannot be chosen by individuals.
No. Attendees are required to stay at the Official Hotel during the convention period.

Yes, only if they have purchased the Accompanying Person (AP) Package.
Yes, all APs are included in the planned activities in which the qualifiers are entitled to. However, due to the celebratory tone of our dinner events during which alcohol will be served, we do not allow any persons under the age of 21 for the official programme, even if they are under our AP package. If required, childcare services can be arranged with the hotel (fees may apply).
Yes, attendance and participation in the Team Activity are mandatory. There will be a penalty of S$300 charged to you, if you are unable to attend. Cancellation fee will be waived only with a valid reason and approved by Management. If you have any concerns or exceptional circumstances, please contact Global Travel ([email protected]) and PRU Events Team ([email protected]).
